3. Immediate Value Acknowledgment

  • Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed

4. No Refunds Based on Results or Expectations

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including:

5. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Access to all products and services will be immediately revoked
  • You may be permanently restricted from future purchases
  • Golf Growth Co reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, including fees and legal costs

6. Limited Exceptions (If Explicitly Stated)

If a specific product includes a written refund guarantee:

  • It will apply only to that specific product
  • All stated conditions must be fully met
  • Proof of compliance may be required

No implied or verbal guarantees will override this policy.


7. Technical Issues & Access

If you experience a legitimate technical issue preventing access:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to restore access
  • This may include reissuing files or providing alternative delivery

However:

  • Technical issues do not qualify for refunds
  • Resolution is limited to restoring access only

8. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours
  • If verified, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase at our discretion
